Meet our medical personnels!

Quawendella "Q"

I am proud to say that I have been nursing people to health for 1 6 years. I am quite ambitious person, I started out working in ICU as a new graduate, transitioned to open heart recovery, then migrated to hospice and home health care to continue my nursing career in the community. Along this journey, I have learned how many people have a deficit in life preservation. Because of this experience, I believe that the wealth of knowledge gained, has propelled me to educate others in live saving skills. I'm here to serve the community to change the dynamic from feeling hopeless or helpless when a life altering event occurs. It is my belief that every piece of knowledge that is gained makes you better. I am here to help make that knowledge count. I am grateful to be part of the team making an impact and look forward to serving you.

I have been nursing for over 11 years. I consider myself an extremely motivated person. From the young age of 7 I always dreamed of becoming a nurse. Most children ask Santa for Baby dolls, Kitchen sets etc. Not me, I would ask for all the lifesaving equipment in hopes that one day I would grow up and be able to heal the sick. I started my nursing journey at Memorial Hospital as a New graduate in 2012, transitioned to Trauma ICU at UF Health Shands in 2015 and then in 2020 became a Travel nurse participating in Rapid Response Assignments across the states at the Height of Covid 19. I have traveled to many different states precepting students & New nurses as well as providing healing hands to patients who have suffered from such a life-threatening Virus. Currently I am in a More controlled environment as a home Health nurse (which I enjoy). It gives me the Flexibility to continue to pursue my dream and teach students like yourself all of the lifesaving skills I have learned along the way. My motto is to make a difference in the life of those I encounter on each day.
